This notice is for students applying to medical school, their parents and guardians, and their teachers and advisers. Why we use it

To reply to you, to send you the joining details for the free taster session, and to tell you when enrolment opens for the option you chose. We email you about this programme only. We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit the form, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to info@pmdiplomas.com.

Who can see it

The programme’s course directors and the small PM Diplomas team who answer enquiries. Service providers process it for us under contract, only to run this programme:

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with medical schools, UCAS, the UCAT Consortium or anyone else for marketing.

International transfers

Where data leaves the UK we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or transfers to countries the UK considers adequate.

How long we keep it

If you do not enrol, we delete your registration details twelve months after you last contacted us. If you enrol, the participant notice will explain how long we keep your records.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, ask us to stop using them, and withdraw your consent at any time. Parents and guardians can ask on behalf of a child where that is appropriate. Email info@pmdiplomas.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, although we would welcome the chance to put things right first.
